Building permit is mandatory in Thailand and on Koh Samui, and we take care of getting all the necessary documents which have to be established by Thai nationals who have the necessary approvals, un our surveillance they take care of submitting the documents and retrieve the final approval.

The technical study and all engineering work is a part of the documents needed to apply for the BP.

With all the documents of the project and the technical study we can ask a firm price from a constructor.

The choice of the constructor is crucial, there are lots of companies here on Koh Samui, some are managed by Thais and some are managed by foreigners, we can advise you with our local knowledge but we do not impose a constructor on a project, but if you ask us to take care of the site management, we will eventually decline some constructors due to our experience and their reputation.

For the time of the construction, we take care of the building process on the site, we check footings, dimensions of construction and of slabs, levels, and later electricity and sanitary works, and in the end, we check materials, window frames, doors, technical installations for pool et.

We also check the if the schedule is normally respected and that workers are present on the site permanently. We check that demanded payments are in relation with the work done on the site.

We assist to get the ‘Book’ of the house which is, with the building permit, the official paper for the existence of the house, needed for any transaction or official demand here in Thailand.
